Marinated olives

Cedar Gully Olives marinates Manzanilla Olives. Manzanillas are Spanish and have a crisp, meaty fruit.

We make our signature marinade using the delicious, original Mulgowie Olives recipe. And for those who like the heat, our signature marinade with fresh chilli. This signature marinade is made up of a secret recipe of red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and herbs. We also do olives marinated in rich, smooth, caramelised balsamic vinegar. All our olives contain pits to keep their firmness and flavour.

Olivada (olive paste)

Our Signature marinated olives have been de-pipped and ground into an olive paste or dip or olivada. Olivada has many uses:

~ simply eat it as a dip with crackers or vegetables
~ pair it with cheeses and cold meats
~ spread it on bread or toast
~ use it to garnish cooked meats.

The olives and olivadas are packed in bio plastic containers which are made to the Australian Standard: AS 4736-2006 biodegradable Plastics suitable for Composting and Other Microbial Treatment.

Olives are a rich source of vitamin E and antioxidants.
