Marinated olives

Cedar Gully Olives marinates Kalamata and Manzanillo olives.  Kalamatas come from Greece and have a soft, rich taste. Manzanillos are Spanish and are a crisp, meatier fruit.

We use both of these varieties to make our signature marinade using the delicious, original Mulgowie Olives recipe. And for those who like the heat, our signature marinade with chilli. Also olives marinated in rich, smooth, caramelised balsamic vinegar. They all contain pits to keep their firmness and flavour.

The olives are packed bio plastic containers which are made to the Australian Standard: AS 4736-2006 Biodegradable Plastics suitable for Composting and Other Microbial Treatment.

Olives are rich source of vitamin E and antioxidants.
